HELP!!! What the fuck is the cause of the loud and fragrant blasts from my ass?

I would take Psyllium fiber (Metamucil) with lots of pickles to improve conditions for probiotic growth in your GI tract. When things get better, you can test to see if the milk in the ice cream, or bacteria on uncooked vegetables are causing problems.
It's a result of the bacteria digesting your food lol. If you have a lot of gas and you're constipated - get an enema or laxative and flush that shit out. As for the shit in your head, there seems to be no cure
Just do what I did: isolate the thing you think is causing it, eat those for a day, and see what happens. It might take a while, but it might help. For me, I figured out that anything with milk products, peanuts, veggies, and artificial sweetener will make my digestive system loopy. XD
Likely vegetables. Vegans have the nastiest ass winds. May seem counter intuitive but it's the leafy greens, soy, the nightshades, legumes, and mushrooms.
Meats with some fruit bring only rare and not stinky farts.
Not sure but my room mate and i have this philosophy that if one is to eat something that will cause the shits, stomach ache, bad gas, or whatever -
One should eat it only when they will have plenty of hours to suffer in peace after. It is better to be at home and suffer the hershey squirts than having to be at work or whatever.
