Im 14 and whenever I exercise, become nervous, or cry small closely clustered red spots appear on my hands. I've looked on web md but I can't figure out what they are. They don't itch and aren't bumpy, they're just red.
My sister used to get this around the same age. It happens when you are dealing with significant amounts of stress. Got to doc.
Blood vessel endings in hands, happens with increase in blood pressure.
Bodybuilders get them quite bad when taking steroids.
I would get your blood pressure checked out.
probably just because of your increased blood flow to your blood vessels but if you are really worried about it then its a good idea to check with your doctor.
