Help mee!!
ok i have baby fat.. i guess if thats what u wanna call it, and i dunno how to get rid of it.. i herd if you rotate your hits to the left, right, front, and back, 100 times each 3 times a day that it would help me, but after about a week i didnt feel the burn anymore : anyone know any exersizes that might help me lose this tummy?
(if u have any exersises for butt, legs, or arms lemme know)
