Help mee!!

ok i have baby fat.. i guess if thats what u wanna call it, and i dunno how to get rid of it.. i herd if you rotate your hits to the left, right, front, and back, 100 times each 3 times a day that it would help me, but after about a week i didnt feel the burn anymore : anyone know any exersizes that might help me lose this tummy?

(if u have any exersises for butt, legs, or arms lemme know)

    There is no miracle exercise to cure you. Just have a good aerobic workout 3+ times a week and portion control. You'll see changes fast. Make sure to not settle into a routine, though, as it will make you plateau sooner. Try different workouts for different lengths of time/distances at different times of the day.

    Yoga, Sex, or Martial Arts. All are very good. Yoga lengthens you out. Martial Arts teach you self-defence, Grasshopper!
    And Sex, well we all know what that does;) find one that works or try all three.

    yummy tuck time!!!
    i had ababy and they did a c section on me. i am not impying that you had a baby because i dnt know what ur situation is or was.
    but for me the baby fat where the c section was performed is still there. i have to get a tummy tuck. I have no choice or it will be there foreverrrrr.
    if you have the money jsut get a tummy tuck and lipo i guess if it bothers you that much just get it done

    take 30 minute walks every day and cut the carbs, sugar and alcohol. you have to get rid of the fat before you start exercising your muscles. or you will just end up looking bigger when the msucles starts to grow.

    Do sit ups or something? I don't know. I have the same problem though. I bike 30 miles a day and it doesn't seem to be doing much. :/
