Help is my brain bleeding?? iin?

Hi I was at cheerleading practice and a girl came down and her foot hit my head hard enough to knock me on the ground but I was fine and I never got a headache and I have a cold right now and Im taking medicine that makes me not hungry but Im getting nauseous is my brain bleeding or anything and I do get myself worked up a lot what could this be??

    If you didnt lose conciousness, you probably don't have a concussion. Even concussions usually don't make your brain bleed. Call the doctor if you have trouble staying balanced or your headache won't go away. (oh right, no headache)

    Well if your brain is bleeding and it have done so for some time you would probadly be dead so i dont think it is but see a doctor...
