Help! i have a habbit of pulling my clothes to bit.

I pull my socks, tops and other clothes to bits if it is easy. I wish I could stop but I am running out of socks and knickers. I always tend to go out and buy more and I have bought some new tops that are going that way.
Should I see some hypnotised? Is it normal?

    You might be OCD... Therapist would probably help you if you really need to quit and its affecting your life, but if not then just keep buying new clothes.
