Most people have PAC. This just happens and feels really weird. It is just your ventricle overfilling and more blood volume gets pushed from your heart. It will feel like your heart skips a beat however it is just an early contraction. It can be scary. Still see a dr and verify it is not PvC.
as long as what your feeling isnt heart palpitations or arythemia. shit like that runs in my family and literally im going to get checked out myself because i can almost constantly feel my heart in my palms eyes neck or whatever. it almost feels like its working to hard or something. i may just be trippin but dude your heart is your freakin heart if you have ANY doubts get checked out IMMEDIATLEY! also ask your self are you over weight? do you smoke? how active are you? how healthy do you eat? and even more importantly whats your family history. i URGE you to educate your self on heart disease. the sooner you detect heart disease the better. beter be safe then sorry. if you need info i suggest healthkey.com or webmd.com. Hope things turn out for the best.
It's normal though it might indicate something about your circulation. Try to keep active and get the blood moving.
Even with a super active person, this can happen from sitting too long or just kind of a random event.
Answer: Normal.
Your pulse, dear...? You ever see people checking to make sure people are alive by checking their pulse in their wrist?
Dude...I hate it when that happens. And then I can't get the thumping out of my head!
