Heart beats so loud . i can hear it

whenever I get angry my heart beat just go non stop . Like people setting next to me can hear it . Am I the only one with this problem ?

    Sorry but it's actually not humanly possible to hear another's heart beat. You are either a superhuman or someone who has anxiety issues.

      Yes you CAN hear another person's heartbeat without a stethoscope. In very severe murmurs, you can actually hear the murmur extracorporeally.

        If someone is sitting next to another and not putting their ear up against their chest, it would be near impossible unless it was absolutely quiet.

    they cant hear it but they might see it in yalls neck pulsin. poker players been usin that forever

    It's normal for your heartbeat to increase when you're angry. It happens to most people, so it's really nothing to worry about.

    "Like people setting next to me can hear it" thats not true. I can hear mine pretty clearly and loudly when i do exercise (because of my heart disease, it allows me to hear and feel it on my ears) but its impossible for someone who is close to you hear it.
