Heard a voice and wake up saying phrases after sleep iin

Its quite hard to explain so bare with me, Basically when I wake up sometimes I say phrases that I've thought of in like a semi concious or / and asleep state, they'll be like things telling me what to do their not dangerous. Rather repetitive actually, I want to know is there a name for this has anyone had this before IIN?

I've done this before, but I usually hear voices before going to sleep.

sometimes if i'm in the middle of saying/yelling something in the dream, and i'm awoken suddenly then i continue to say/yell it. one time in a dream i was about to yell at someone " I DON'T GIVE A SHIT", turns out my mom woke me up right before that and i proceeded to yell that phrase 'at her', and she was like woah okay, and walked away.

    Hypnagogic hallucinations.

They occur when you're in a half concious state. I have had loads of crazy things happen in my sleep.

I often wake up thinking ive heard my dad call my name and catch myself replying outloud, then wonder if it was real or not. Curiosity gets the better of me and i go through and find him asleep. It can get pretty creepy actually.

I'm not asleep though, its like my mind says things whilst I'm asleep and when I'm awake my mind relays the message, if that makes sense aha

ahh I'm not sure , i haven't had any experience like that ~ maybe if you write down the things you say, and keep track of them in a book beside your bed, it might start to have more meaning over time. good luck :)

never heard of this before.. but could be anything from the Brain being at total relaxed state to a spirit whispering in your ear... next time.. try ask questions and see if you get a reply! worked for me!

yes, but i never am able to understand what is being said. Also i sometimes experience what feels like the bed shaking right before i fall asleep. It's more irritating to me than it is scary, because after all i'm trying to sleep.
