Head rush and fitting at the same time.

It's only happened a couple of times, but i Always have head rushes(severe one's where i end up stumbling and grabbing a wall trying to keep my self from falling). So the thing is that i had a really bad head rush the other day where i stood up, stumbled and put my arms above my head as if i was clawing the wall as i fell, but i went extremely slowly, but i didn't actually fall, I stood up, took about three steps and all of a sudden started jerking really badly, i couldn't stop either, it happened once in the shower as well but i actually fell down and when i hit the bottom. i started jerking. Whats happening when this happens ? Is it an after shock from the head rush or what ????
By jerking, i mean like when i was laying down when it happened, i was 'Lock-kicking' my legs if that makes sense and when i was standing up i was just jerking like a four year old dancing but more violent.

Are you conscious when you have the fits? Do you remember them or it what you describe what someone saw you do? I know someone who had a something similar happen to them, they blacked out though afterwards and got taken to hospital. They did some checks and it turned out they had a tiny bit of epileptic brain tissue that she'd probably been born with but was only triggered by a random combination of tiredness, heat and bright lights one lunchtime.

She hasn't had one since (6 years ago) but it was a relief for her to know what caused it, so go to the doctor!

Why aren't you going to a doctor about this instead of consulting randomers on the net?

Go. Go now! It sounds real bad.

I wanted to know if it was serious or not, I didn't really take it as serious because I've been having 'fainting' head rushes for years.
