He was hitting on me while i was throwing up from a balcony

Yesterday I went to a party and drank a lot of different stuff so I got drunk and because of the reduced space inside the apartment I got really dizzy. First I threw up from a window and I think it fell on some old lady, then when I was feeling better I went outside the place to breath. While I was there, trying to not vomit my guts, some guy who I talked before came to and said he really liked me and he wanted my phone number, I gave it to him and talked for a little while then I told him that I needed to be alone. 5 minutes after that, he came back and brought me a candy and it really worked. Then he covered up for me to the police when they got into the party and before i went home he said he wanted to meet me sober and kissed me. Is it normal that he liked me even after that? After he saw me really drunk? I think maybe he has some kind of fetch with vomit.
