He thinks glasses=defective

My sons father thinks that people who wear glasses are defective like being crippled or something. Now our son needs them and I think he is in denial. He says that doctors" just want to sell prescriptions" and that our son can get LASIK when he's 28. I think this is a dick attitude. I don't want my kid feeling bad about himself cause of his dad's stupid ideas.

Not only it will improve his vision, but it will help him in the long run. Diagnose with astigmatism at a young age, I had to wear glasses. I didn't take them seriously which it made is difficult for me to see in class even when I sat close to the board. I started wearing glasses again in middle school all the way up till to this day. I love my glasses, it give me more character depending on my frames.

Why are you even listening to this idiot? And WTF is Lasix? AS far as I know it's a diuretic and nothing to do with vision

    • It's laser surgery for fixing vision problems. I've told him to keep his mouth shut so my kid doesn't have issues.

You son's father is quite obviously a fucking idiot. Why did you even let this moron fuck you in the first place?
The welfare of the child comes first, and seeing properly trumps this cretin's opinion.

PS: And why when he's 28? Get away from this moron & take your son with you

Oh, so in the meantime the kid won't be able to learn properly at school but at 28 it will all be fixed up with surgery?

You're involved with a moronic conrol freak: get yourself and your child away from him
