He stopped texting me after having frequent text for 3 months

We've been together for 3 months now. He has been texting me all day, during work, lunch break, hanged out (not non-stop but often enough)
We spent time together and it always has been wonderful. Til.....one day, he stops texting for 2 and a half days. I didn't text either as I was ill. Plus, when I see no text, I didn't feel like I should text back.
I find it unusual for him. Weird though that he text if I want to go for a trip with him and I said sure. He said he'll see me on xxx day. That was it.

I feel "off". Actually gave up. It's 2 days not 2 hours. Then he asked me out? I text back how is he. Silence. Leave me hanging midair. Just. Like. That.

    Its possible that he ran out of things to talk about, has been seriously stressed out or busy, maybe thought that you needed your rest if you were ill. It could have been a number of things. Do you guy live close by? See eachother often? Sorry, Im trying to come up with reasons that he might have done that that arent bad ones. Has he done this before? Or since those two days?

      Thank you for your kind comment. It is very ok to ask me questions. I did not want go too details unless I am asked.

      1. He doesn't know I was ill.
      -> When I woke up I am surprised that there is no text. So far, he still doesn't know that I was ill.

      2. He complained about his job but yet when we were together, he just complained but nothing shows that he is very stressed out. We set that aside.
      He is not busy. Always wants to meet me even during weekdays. Always on weekends.

      3. I did not live close by. Same country, different location. Did not live together.

      4. See each other often. He even met my mom.

      5. He did that before in December (Left me hanging) but I faced him and he avoid texting me til he called and said he got freaked out and get carried away saying "I Love you"
      -> I told him to walk out of my life. Yet he's back 3 months ago and I took him back.

      This incident is just two days ago to until this very day. After his text asking for a getaway trip, we are supposed to meet on Wed which now I did not really feel like it.

    I hate to say this but it seems like there may be another woman, or he is too into his own life to care about what youre going through. I would suggest that you have a serious talk with him and explain how you feel. If it continues then you should leave him and find someone that cares more about you.

      Yes, could be that he has the other woman.
      Though, we're in a solid serious relationship (we're staring to and it's going well.) We could get enough of each other. He cares, he calls, one minuet of forgotten text, he calls right away, etc.

      Seriously, things are perfect.

      3 months of starting to get serious then a week ago, where is my 'sweetheart'? Distant, silent, careless, textless, absent.

      Yes, I will talk to him. My previous comment is that he will pick me up to see waterfalls (for what!?) I don't feel like it. Weird. Just plain weird. Stop texting and asking me to see waterfalls?

      P.S. I actually gave up and I couldn't care less what is going on.

    He got some poo on his finger while wiping and stopped texting you because he didn't want poo on his phone.
