Ok so I really like this guy in my class. Like REALLY like him. I would go on and on and on about him but I want to save y'all time. He says that we are friends but I seriously want to be his one and only girl. He's dating before but I think it was to make me jealous, it worked. He's one of my closest friends and I don't want that to be ruined if I asked to be more. We've known each other for 9 years and been friends since kindergarten. We did like each other for a period of time but then it slowly faded away on his side. Please help me with this whole boy thing. And people of your married, in a relationship, or are a boy you would be the most helpful! Thanks

    In this situation where you guys have been friends for a long time ever since you were kids, I would recommend you to show a different side of yourself that he hasn't seen before. Surprise him by being super funny or super smart, but don't show off and don't be fake! Do something that he isn't expecting you to do, that's how you can keep him interested. Because if you've been friends for so long he might be thinking that he already knows everything about you - prove him wrong! And have fun with it - remember you have to show him that he means more than as a friend to you, but don't force it if he doesn't want that, of course. Don't be desperate because that could turn him off. Let your personality shine through and be the best version of you that you can possibly be! The best you can do is try and hope it works out.

    Go ahead and ask for more. You'll never know until you ask. Though if he says no and it's truly faded on his side, then perhaps it would be best to forget him and move on? You might wind up torturing yourself by remaining friends.

    tease him with some other boy make like your interested in someone and date them to see if he gets jealous or not if he dont get jealous well best you move on if he takes more interest in you then play it tel him if you want me take me now :)

    you guys have been friends for years and im guessing u have boyfriends on and off make the same moves on him.Or even write a little letter like :
    do you want to go out yes no xo ...
    it works ive done it or just flirt and see what happens good luck
