Is it normal to like someone who's a bit younger than you? I'm currently 20 and I have a bit of a crush on this guy's who 16. Of course, I'm not thinking about making any moves anytime soon. But um, does it seem odd that I like a guy who's younger than me? Only two people know about this secret, and one is like "eww", and the other is like, "the heart wants what it wants".

My girlfriend is 19 years older than me (I'm 24). If you like him, go for it. (But wait for anything physical).
Nothing wrong about it. Not sure if it will go down great, but there's nothing to feel bad about. And while I'm not encouraging it, depending on where you live it may even be legal to do it, as the age of consent is often 16 or lower outside the United States.
When I was 18 I dated a girl that was 25, it was legit a great relationship but eventually it fell apart. It's possible and after getting over the age thing it shouldn't matter.
But get prepaired for him to not think like you. Guys are on average less mature, so with a younger guy the chances of that are pretty sky high.
Hubby is 8 years older and we got married when I was 18. Thirteen years later is still the smartest move I've ever made!
im 23 and i had a persistant 16 year old chase after me, he was very cute and had he been legal, say even 18 i might have went for it, who cares how old he is, hang with him and just save the sexual parts until he's legal, ENJOY!
Goodness - eww she said? - what's her problem, its not like he's 8? Anyway, you just have a crush, as you said, and you are not going to do anything. There are a lot of cute and attractive 16 year olds. Anyone can see that at any age. So what? Normal.
My girl friend is 17 and I'm 22. We've always used to kiss and shit at parties. We knew each for years. I had to wait till she got older though. It would be weird if a 12 year old went out with a 16 year old. But a 16 year old going with a 20 year old, now that is fuckin nothin but normal.
age gap is very normal , even 20 / 30 years .. but i never heard of a girl liking younger guys ... its always older , me personally i cant stand guys my own age , couldnt even consider many years younger than me , a man whos 17 or even 25 for that matter is still basically a kid in my book... i have a feeling there is some quality in him you wish you had ... and nothing more ,, its quite un-natural for a women to get with a younger guy coz they are retarted ( to be polite)
