He never wants to do anything i want

I've been dating this guy for 5 months. I'm a student so I don't have a lot of time to get a job. We are both 21. everything between us was super solid during the first two months. The sex was great. We would go out to eat a lot. We would play video games together. And we generally really enjoy each other's company and like each others humor.

After two months, everything started goin down hill. He is a gamer and introvert. He spends most of his free time playing video games. We spend a lot of time together.still, but we always argue on the phone. He started telling me he doesn't want to drive over to my house (I don't have a car). He started hanging out with his obnoxiously straight male roommate quite often. We NEVER go out on dates. And he doesn't go grocery shopping. Sometimes we will go to the store and pick out meals for the day, and he will make me eat canned soup!!!! Wtf??? Does he care at all? We spend most of our time at his house. Sometimes 4 days in a row. And today i told him I have to be home for the next four days and he told me "ok. Well I'll come visit you." Because he doesn't like staying the night at my house apparently, which is a new thing. Also, he never wants to do anything I want to do. He doesn't want to buy a case of beer. He doesn't want to do fun stuff for the holidays because he doesn't want to spend money. We never do anything together, because I am burnt out on video games. We hardly have sex too. It went from everyday of sex to maybe once a week. Ive been complaining a lot to him about some of his stupid habits, like being inconsiderate. Should I tough it out or break up with him? I love him, but not how he treats me. I think he's a miser. Every once in awhile I just feel like we are friends with benefits. He is truly inconsiderate and I brought it up to him a lot, he had no idea he was being that way.
