Havng a high level makes smelly farts

My boyfriend is a diabetic, and when his sugar level is high, his farts smell really really bad. I mean like make you gag & clear a room bad!

Well, he tells me it's the high sugar levels - I think it's too much Stella!!

Do other diabetics notice their farts smell really bad when their level's high?

    I'm not a diabetic, and my husband says my farts smell like I ate a skunk!
