Having sex in my dreams with other girls

Each and every single day before I go to sleep I think about a girl first. I think it helps me fall asleep faster.
Not a day goes by without me having sex with a girl in my dreams...

And in some strange way.. my always dream goes something like : The girl is in trouble I help her. Then we fall in love and have sex...The trouble they get in is diffrent but it always turns out in having sex with them.

I have a girlfriend now and I still dream about having sex with other girls in my sleep. The girls I dream about are girls I know in real life... The next day I feel guilty about it but I am affraid of telling my girlfriend. So my way of making up with her is having sex. I also try to dream about her instead but that doesn't satisfy me in my sleep somehow. Maybe it is because I can do her in real life. Is this normal?

    I think it's normal. I guess you can give her another chance and tell her not to cheat on you anymore

    its very normal: Dreams are the absolute extent of your imagination, and are caused when your subconscious connects random memories during REM sleep. If you where feeling strongly emotional towards a memory while you fell asleep, related memories are likely to appear in your dreams of that nite. remember; your brain stores EVERY single feeling, sensation, emotion, sight, and all feedback from ur senses in ur longterm memory, accesssable by ur subconscious, but only certain meomories are accessable bay your frontal lobe.

    Maybe a movie, book, picture, daydream, or anything really triggered your dream sequence, and the more you worry about it, the more you'll dream of it. relax, its nothing.

    I heard that when you dream about other people and making love to them in your sleep while you're with another means,
    that you DESIRE only the quality, of the person in your dream
    FOR the person you actually love. I used to dream about my ex-husband all the time. Wake up shaking and crying. Made me mad and upset that I couldn't get him out of my head after 12 years so I finally talked with my husband about it and apologize to him that I could not control it and I never thought about my ex that just happened in my sleep. Seem to help me feel better about it too

    talk to your gf about it! I've been with my boyf for 3 years and I always end up dreaming about other guys I know or sometimes even my boyfriends cousins :s but I know it doesn't mean anything at all as it's my subconcious and whenever I wake up I'm just like wtf lol. Howeverrr I always go to sleep thinking about my boyfriend then usually when I'm asleep it turns into something else so I dunno if your not thinking of your gf to help you fall asleep it's a little harsh on her, maybe your not that into her as you think? Talk to her anyway good luckk

    I think it is normal to dream about sex. But, now that you have a girlfriend, it isn't normal or good to encourge yourself to dream about other girls. However, if you are not encouraging it but it just keeps happening, then you should not beat yourself up about it. You will get over it eventually as long as whenever these thoughts come when your concious, you don't encourage them and rather reiterate to yourself that your not interested in having relations with these other girls.

    yeah it seems pretty normal, i like that you help the girl before you have sex with her...lol...nice guy*
    and once it's just in your dreams and not actually cheating on your girlfriend...i say whats the harm?

    You are allowed some privacy - these are just dreams & fantasies - so relax. Shes not telling you about the guys she dreamed of who rescued and then ravaged her in her dreams ....
