Haven't had a boyfriend...

I'm in highschool, i'm 5'3, probably not considered hot but i'd say pretty and i haven't had one boyfriend..
I'm not shy & i love to laugh and joke around so i'm not holding myself back..
What's wrong with me!? Is this normal?

I'm in college and still don't have a boyfriend. My mom didn't have one until after she graduated. He ended up becoming my dad and they're still happily married.

Good things come to those who wait. I'm having a hard time accepting that, but it's so much better than going through all the heartache everyone else seems to be experiencing. =) Keep that chin up!

Most people who begin relationships at a later age actually end up long-term.

Im 22 and in my first relationship now, and it's been almost a year.

i have that same problem. but...i'm kind of fat so maybe that's MY problem. but i've learned to deal with it. it might also have something to do with my harry potter obsession. but it doesnt matter because i'm not going to stop doing the things i do that may be causing the problem because i want someone to like me for me. so yeah, it's definitley normal.

your a girl its not that hard i assure you there are tons of dudes just waiting for you to notice them no matter what you look like. if girls only understood how much the sex drive is in control of us life would be way more simple.go for a nerd too they may not be sexy but they will think your amazingly hot and could possibly make alot of money eventually.

buy a MASSIVE tv, a ps3 or xbox360, a good assortment of games for the chosen console, claim urself to be a gamer girl, and the guys will flood to you like monkeys to a banana covered in honey

I just turned 19 and I still haven't had anything long term or anything I wasn't uncomfortable with. I don't feel I'm worth being a girlfriend but I've accepted that. I guess I will forever be the 'funny girl,' the 'best friend,' or just another empty hookup. Whatever!

    Yeah, it's normal.

If you don't want a boyfriend, you don't have one, you're happy. It's normal. Period.

If you want a boyfriend and don't have one then... it's still quite normal.

Probably, there are not any guys who really turn your crank. Sure, we all have hormones, desires, and we'd all like to have a significant other in theory, but in practice you need someone who is fully compatible with you or it just will not fly.

Try to be sensitive to who is attracted to you. If a boy looks at you a lot, but does not talk to you, he probably thinks you are cute, but he is too shy to take the initiative. Give him come encouragement.

Well have guys ask you out and you refuse? Or is it just no guy asked you out?

It's completely normal. I was like that in secondary school (except it never bothered me) and since then I've had plenty of girlfriends.
When you're in school you've still got 80%% of your life ahead of you, plenty of time to finbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbd someone.

You're only in high school. No need to rush, you don't really need a relationship.

But the fact is if you've never had a boyfriend, most guys would probably be to afraid of you. Guys have this weird way around girls, and if you've never been with anyone, there could be so much doubt. Bottom line, highschool guys are deathly afraid of rejection. If you *really* want a boyfriend, you have to ask him out yourself.
