Have you ever written a fake story on is it normal?

Even though you`re not supposed to, you do tend to come across a lot of stories that you can`t help but think `oh god this is fake`, e.g. I slept with my mother, even though SOME might actually be true.

So have you ever submitted a fake story?

    Gonna be completely honest...I have before just to see people's reactions. But I deleted them. I delete posts once in a while, even the serious ones, just cause things change over time.

    i only wrote one story in the whole time i have being a member and nearly every person who read it did not even know what i was talking about because they were yanks so i removed it and from now on i am only commenting.

    I've said things that aren't true, but I'd always thought they were obviously stupid enough for people to realise it was a joke, like the wig-stick or colander suntan.

    I actually deleted a rare "real" one today because it looked like trolling and genuinely wasn't.

    No but I get accused of it fairly regularly. Half my stories , I get called 'fake' or 'troll' and it's NOT fake or a troll. I guess I'm just so super-duper extraordinary that no one can accept my total awesomeness. Ah well. I'd prefer that over being boring and "normal" though.

    If I make a story that's a fantasy or dream, I say so in the story so it's clear.
