Have you ever watched yourself cry?

Have you ever started crying, then found a mirror and watched yourself cry?

My friend brought this up and at first I thought she was weird. Then I thought about it and I have watched myself cry before.

I'm so ugly. There have been times when I'm looking in a mirror and THEN I begin to cry.

I've done that before. But usually when I cry I don't deliberately go out looking for a mirror to see myself while I'm crying, but there have been times when I just happened to be in the bathroom when I'm crying, so its kinda hard not to see myself in tears.

  • I have and I look truly pathetic; I get an uncontrollable frowny-face.

Yes I have. I look twice as ugly as I normally do when I cry. :( That's one reason why I try not to cry in front of other people, and if I do, I try to keep a straight face instead of letting it scrunch up.

To check how red my eyes are before I face anyone. Sometimes it takes a long time for the redness to fade :/

      Hey jyjt:

I agree with you whole heartedly. Except my National Anthem is "Oh Canada!" but that makes no difference, national anthems have places in the countries peoples hearts.

Thats how I feel about a lot of songs. Usually songs that make me think hard about things. Like God Bless the USA. One of Us by Joan Osborne. If by bread. Letter to the world by Dead heart bloom. mad world gary jules. Unforgettable Nat King Cole: reminds me of my grandmother. She used to play it all the time when I was little, and we'd dance around her living room singing it. She past away in February. almost lover by a fine frenzy. Of course Beethovens Moonlight Sonata. Eric Claptons If I saw you in heaven.

I know that was so not necessary for me to list all those, but I just got caught up in that. I'm sorry.

Totally reminds me of Dane Cook-- when you're having an intense, personal cry fest and you look into the mirror to... i guess feel bad for yourself even more and thus induce more crying. It's a pity party.

I don't. I don't think I've watched myself cry because my face probably looks ugly crying. My self esteem is so high -__-u.

  • When I do this sometimes I'll comment on how pathetic I look and then there are times where I want to laugh at how I look...

  • I answered no. Then I gave it a bit more thought and I have actually seen myself cry loads of times. Hm. Never really thought about it before.

Few times before. As a child, I remember crying while my grandmother tried to comfort me and staring at the huge ass mirror in the room. Did not help with comforting.

I rarely ever do cry let alone watch myself. I feel sadness I do not let it out in that manner. Though I can and sometimes do but that usually only happens when someone close to me dies (or a pet).
