Have you ever tried vitamin b12?

I just started trying vitamin B12. It is AWESOME. I am normally a very lazy, depressed person and from the first day of taking B12 I feel lik a different person!! I used to take all sorts of drugs to make me 'better' which didn't work and gave me side effects. B12 has even made me lose weight and be MUCH more active!! I'm HAPPY!!

I am motivated, I actually take pride in my appearance, I just feel all around GOOD. I clean my house impeccably, I am just beyond normal and happy.

I have dressed and used make-up for the first time recently. Coincidence?? No.

TRY IT!!

Yes. 46
Never tried it, but will. 53
Nah, I lik being lazy and uncaring. 29

    placebo effect, much?

But anyway, standard range: 211-911 pg/mL
    Mine: 592

Most people taking it are just pissing it out. :)

I just don't see my neighbourhood butcher selling any fish lately, you know.. also it's hard to buy bacon at the fish market. but sure, whatever works for you.

          They are still animals, right?

Just like cows, pigs and chickens.

Just because they are sold at different markets doesn't mean they are not meat.

I take multi vitamin. They're ok, but have just got on to wild krill oil 1000mg and a high quality probiotic. In two weeks I have lost 12 kg's and feel the best I have in years. More energy, more focus and better staying power "If you know what I mean!" ;)

I used to pop em at the pharmacy...the sublingual b12 tastes delicious! The good thing about it though is that it's virtually impossible to take too much...your body just pisses out the b12 it doesn't need (hence the brightly colored urine)

Yeah, I am currently taking a vitamin B complex.

It hasn't exactly worked wonders for me but I am usually a pretty active person anyway, so it makes for a good supplement.

I once drank too many vitamin waters in a day packed with B12 and I had a mini seizure because of it. Be careful with that.

I've had it in drinks, but I don't think I've ever had it by itself in capsule form.

B12 is just a normal vitamin THAT EVERYONE TAKES IN A NORMAL DIET. The right amount of it is already in the food. The only reason to take B12 supplements would be if you did not have a balanced diet.

    • I carefully balance my diet of candy and vodka, so I guess I'll stop with the B12 then, save me some mony for more booze. Good thinking!!

I often buy drinks supplemented with B vitamins for a quick pick me up. It gives me the energy boost I need when I'm feeling the drag of the afternoon. And it's easier on the body than caffeine.

hahahaha no my doctor subsribed it for me, is contains, magnesium, iron as well as some vitamines. realy good after sport..... (never tried igniting it.... )
btw vitamin b12 is found in most vegetables and nuts, I don't see how you need to take suplamentories if you just eat more veg. (salad ans spinach contains the most)

Actually, B12 is found in products that come from animals such as meat, milk and cheese.

          Veggies do not contain B12.

I'm a vegetarian so I occasionally pop a B12 supplement just for an extra boost ( I don't need it, but I've always taken supplements and vitamins on the odd occasion) It makes me feel very awake and energized.

I'm a vegetarian. There are certain things I will always find difficult to get enough of from my diet. B12 heads the list, not least because a deficiency can be extremely serious, but also because it's hard for vegetarians to get enough of it. I *always* have B12 in the house and I keep a running tally of how much I've got from what I've eaten. If I go more than a few days with less than 50% of what I need, I take a tablet.
