Hahahaha!! Sorry... I know you said for people in snow-less areas... but I couldn't help but laugh when I think, "have I ever seen snow?" OMG I live in Canada... and I used to live in Alberta, Canada... SNOW 6-9 MONTHS OF THE YEAR!!! Oh how I wish I could go a year without snow! I hate winter. So to answer the question, YES I have seen snow... and LOTS of it! lol ;)
Just saw your answer, I am with you, winter sucks, and being a resident of Canada I know what it is like.
Hello, just noticed your respose, and believe me you ain't missing much by never seeing snow. It is just white blobs of frozen water, cold, horrible to drive in causes alot of power outages, a pain in th tush to shovel away, salt on the roads to melt it which means salt on the under carriage of your automobile which means rust. I would love to reside where you are, in a beautiful warm hot climate all of the time. Lived for 54 years in the snow belt of Canada.
It snows here in february ish, so this question isn't really for me.. But, people who want snow and have never had it before.. believe me, you'll have it for like 5 minutes and love it, then hate it for the next 3 weeks because you can't go out :|
& making snow men etc is plus, only fun for about 5 minutes,, you get too cold and want to come in.
Here in England we see snow twice... maybe 4 times a year if we're lucky but then again it depends where in the country one lives.
I personally love the snow! xD
Yes, I have seen snow. Snow everywhere... I live in Finland though, maybe that's the reason.
Snow makes things look beautiful right after it falls, like on trees and stuff, but then its just a huge pain in the ass.
I don't get it... Why people wants to live in snowy areas? It's all like cold and boring at winters. Lol, I wish that there weren't any snow in my country :)
Because people always want what they don't have just the way people are...
But there's a million things to do when it snows! Building snowmen (and women lol), making snow angels and snow forts. Snowball fights, sledding, burying your brother in the snow....
Man, I had fun as a kid, living in Michigan! :)
Hello:
I just noticed your post, I live in Ontario Canada and we also have our fair share of the white stuff and it is fun to play in.
Noticed that you mentioned you live or lived at one time in the state of Michigan, was wondering what city? My brother and his wife live in Sault Sainte Marie.
yes but only a few times.
unfortunately, i live in a part of southern california where it's only snowed enough to turn things white about 2-3 times in the past 15 years.
I've seen snow but not for maybe 15 years & pretty piss poor snow at that.
Will be traveling to the US next Christmas so that will be an experience!
It doesn't snow in my part of Australia. I've only seen snow in pictures and on TV :(
I've lived in a snowy area all my life, and let me just say, snow sucks. It's too cold to actually go out and build snowmen and shit, and whenever you actually do suck it up and go out, it turns out to be the wrong kind of snow. The only thing I ever enjoyed about it when I was growing up was when my neighbours would always build some awesome snow sculpture. But then they moved away and I was back to sulking in my room waiting for Christmas.
it has only snowed here once and it was the day i was circumcised (5yo) lmao, so never got closer then the window of the hospital.
I am with "hotchikie81" I also reside in Canada, Wellington Ontario now was from Moose Jaw, and speaking of snow, you do not know what snow is until you lived here in Canada, wether Alberta, Wellington, or Moose Jaw we are the snow Country of the world.
I live in Canada and we get BUCKET LOADS of snow!!!!! Lol I love snow and I feel sorry for the people who haven't...
