    I hallucinate almost every day without everything else

    Audio hallucinations yes, I occasionally, maybe 2-3 times a year hear someone call my name, sometimes when I'm on the street ( explainable ) crowded place or more worryingly at home on my own, I have been in my bed at night, fully awake watching Netflix and clearly hear someone shout my name from what sounds like a long hallway, which has occasionally led me to worry about possible mental health problem as I age, I'm fully rational about it though, strange

      I think caffeine can cause auditory hallucinations. That's one possible explanation, if you drink coffee/caffeinated beverages.
