I had a UTI when I was a teenager. I kept feeling light-headed and ran a fever, but couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. Then my mom asked me if it hurt when I peed, and in fact, it did. I also had pain in my lower back. By that time, I found out that my UTI was so bad that it had almost turned into a kidney infection. I went on antibiotics for a week or two and it cleared up. Haven't had a problem since. :)
I think so. Ussually happened from only drinking coffee no water in a day. Went away after I drank lots of water so I didnt have too much problems. My penis did hurt alot though. If it faced up the pain would be less for some reason...But enough about my dick how are you?
I suspect a couple of times as a kid and once as an adult. They went untreated despite being painful.
Twice (less than one month interval) and these were the worst moment of my life!!! My urine was so yellow and smelt so strong. And I wanted to piss every minute. It was like somebody was inside my bladder cutting me again and again. I couldn't stand upright. I got antibiotics and I really hope that it would never happen again.
Take cranberry capsules or drink unsweetened cranberry juice - like from Trader Joe's. Also, there is this stuff called AZO that will numb your bladder so it's not so painful and will reduce the urge to pee every 2 seconds, you can get this in the pharmacy. Oh, and LOTS of water.
A couple of times. Most of the time I got away with just drinking a lot of extra water, and putting up with the pain until it passed.
One time, I was pissing blood. Like, thick, tomato sauce consistency blood. That was enough to scare the shit out of me and send me to the hospital. Anti biotics for that one.
No pain, bizarrely. Or maybe that was just put into perspective by the suspected broken ankle I'd been walking on for a week...
For some reason I had them when I was a kid. How I dealt with them was to piss it out.
Yes. I got a bad one while I was travelling in an impoverished country, so I couldn't get any medical attention. I had to let my body heal itself with plenty of rest and resisting the urge to pee every two minutes, which was not at all ideal. I wish I had had access to antibiotics.
