Have you ever been made to feel insecure

So have you ever made your partner feel insecure or he/she made you feel insecure? Like your partner would tell you "you look fat, you don't look good" after giving an effort to smile and look good?

What did you do?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

I had a partner about two, and a half years ago who was very critical, domineering as well as verbally, and emotionally abusive. I chose to do the only sensible thing I could do, I left his crazy ass!

As far as I'm concerned the only logical thing to do with an abusive person is to leave that person.

Not overly, I tend to think there’s something wrong with people who are mean to me, not myself.

A great way to fix that is to lose weight

I’m usually the one making others insecure.

For example, my first boyfriend was just an extremely over emotional guy and he would get insecure over me just hinting there was any kind of possibility of other guys finding me attractive

Also one time I jokingly said that his name sounded like he was from a trailer park and he took it to mean that I didn’t like him and found him unattractive in every single way.

Anyway, we eventually broke the relationship off on the grounds of me being “a sociopath.”

    Hell yea.
I learned that at an early age.
But I also learned to be subtle.
    Not obvious.
My mom was a master at it.
A large part of sales, is working on peoples insecurities.
