Have you ever been infatuated with someone only to find out that you're not compatible once you get to know them better? Like you couldn't believe how much you liked them..and then you begin to see that it was all a mirage.

      You're an idiot. You don't become infatuated with anyone based solely on looks. That's not the point of being infatuated. You become infatuated by the way another person makes you feel when you're around them.

        What you are saying is true. A lot of people also create delusional fantasies on how a person is based on how they look. Sort of like falling in love with the "idea" of the person, instead of the person.

        100% agree! I have been infatuated once and it was so intense and the person I was infatuated with wasn't even that good looking but I saw beauty in them due to the way I felt just by being around them.

    For a few years in high school I had a thing for this girl who sat in front of me in English, I got to know her once I was in college and realised there was no way she could live up to the u real expectation I had if her in my head.......that and she was pro bnp
