Have you ever been in love before?

I fell in love 9 years ago and I'm STILL in love and it gets better every single day!!

I have and even though it didn't work out it was great to feel that way about someone else.

love is nothing more than altered brain chemistry brought upon by sexual reproduction instincts to run the program family.exe for about 4-5 years, then move on. Overriding this program when the passion is dead (4-5 years later) is very much a challenge for the average human, especially men. Who are programmed for limited family support with promiscuity. My grandparents however were married 51 before they died, but they would fight constantly, I was pretty convinced they hated each other, but after the first 20 years, they didn't know anything else.

so i suppose you can fall in love, fall out of love and end up in a partnership with someone you can't stand, sure I believe in love, if you want to call it that.

i am not sure. i thought i was in love with my ex boyfriend of 3 years, but im not sure anymore. and now, i kinda think im in love with my boyfriend but i dont know..

I thought I was when I dated my first boyfriend for two years.

I made a mistake two years later and gave myself to someone who turned out to be a total jerk.

I met the most amazing person in my life and we both left bad relationships for each other. I can't imagine being with anyone else now. Dating my best friend was the best choice I ever made. :)
