have you ever been in a life or death situation? i listed some random dangerous situation. how did you survive? how did you find your self in this situation?

A number of times, beginning when I was in my teens.
It amazing how alive one feels after surviving what one felt was an unsurvivable situation at the time.
Yeah almost drowned when I was 3 ny sister saved me and I got conscience after 7 minutes at my uncles pool to get a ball when I was a toddler, and I saved my drunk neighbor from bleeding out when he cracked his head outside my house so l have been in life/ death situations plus an overdose
The way that's set up it's only possible to tick one answer: I've had a heart attack but have also been in wildfires.
All very scary, but I found the heart attack the scariest because I couldn't do anything about it and had to rely on medical staff, who obviously did a great job or I wouldn't still be alive. In the wildfires I could at least do something to keep safe & again obviously managed to do so or I wouldn't have survived.
Actually now i think about it, at least the heart attack and treatment was over and done with: I called an ambulance, was taken to hospital, diagnosed, transferred to another hospital and had a stent inserted the next morning. The fire situations all went on for days or weeks.
