Have you ever been in a interracial relationship?

Have you ever dated someone outside of your race? I understand love is blind but just curious to see who has been in one in IIN. Details are always welcome.

Yes, my boyfriend is white and I am black. We are from NYC. It is very common to see black/ white relationships here, and interracial relationships in general. We'll make year 5 in a few months. We both are in our 20's

My background is Indian (from India), and I've lived in Canada for nearly my entire life and have had the good fortune of dating girls from many different backgrounds since I live in a very multicultural city.

I tend to be very picky so I only date girls I consider to be very attractive (assuming they like me too). I don't date a lot (I go for quality over quantity) but when I do, the girl I'm with always turn heads.

I've mostly dated white girls (french, danish, czech, polish, irish, etc) but I have also dated Indian and Asian (oriental) girls. I'm not attracted to black girls but I have dated one mixed (black/white), she was really pretty.

Girls are pretty much the same whatever the race. Though I find asian girls are not very good kissers and they can be a little clingy-but still I like them.

Indian girls tend to be pretty passionate but they're more the marrying kind. I also find it more fun to date outside my race and I think I'll probably end up marrying a white girl.

  • When I was a teenager I dated a girl who was half black, half white. She was beautiful. It was early in my dating experiences so there wasn't much physical contact..but yeah.

I'm also Irish/Indian and his only ex before me was a white girl so neither of us find anything wrong with interracial it's all just color you know.

No, my standards are not too high. If anything, it would seem everyone else's standards are too high, as I never seem to live up to them.

I haven't because I'm afraid to step out of my comfort zone and I'm afraid of how other race of people react especially when it comes to love.I don't even talk to other races or have many as my friends not because I'm racist but just that I feel so unfamiliar with those people that I'll have nothing to relate or talk to them about.

we're no different than you-we have the same wants/desires as anyone else. We grew up watching the same tv shows/listening to the same music, etc.

the funny thing is that the white girls I've dated (I'm Indian) have told me I'm 'more Canadian than white people.' lol

the only people I'm wary of is muslims-even though I have had muslim friends. Individual muslims might be decent people, but in groups they can be very dangerous-just look at Afghanistan today.

Unfortunately their religion Islam is a threat to all of humanity.

They also give us brown people a bad name because they engage in terrorism. They're ruining all the goodwill that we built up over the years.

Fortunately however, as people get more educated they realize it is not skin color that's the problem, it's ideologies-death cults like Islam.

In words its simple to say but in person its a lot harder. I guess its the type of person you are. If you like venturing into the unknown and discovering new realms then its easy but if you are like me, then you want to stick with people who understand you easily without you proving or explaining anything. And I don't think of all brown people as terrorists. I see doctors, lawyers, citizens, and hard-working people. Don't enforce and confirm those stereotypes.

I know what you mean, we prefer to be around those we're familiar and comfortable with.

Although you are smart enough to know that not all brown people are terrorists, unfortunately there are dumb people out there who do make that association between skin color and terrorism.

They're too stupid to do any research and are unable to differentiate between ideologies and ethnicity. So they attack people who are no threat to them simply because they share the same pigment as Osama bin Laden.

But terrorism is only the symptom and a part of the larger problem with Islam. It is a death cult that has been slaughtering people for 1400 years and has destroyed countless civilizations. Imagine there were 1.5 billion Nazis in WW2, this is what we face with Islam.

The only major difference between Islam and Nazism is that one has a god, the other did not-but both are fascist totalitarian ideologies bent on global domination.

In WW2, Islam and Nazism united and waged war against the West/Allies, unfortunately only Nazism was eliminated and Islam was spared-now it is a threat to us all.

You might find some decent muslims who do not support jihad and Islamic conquest of us non-muslims, however the vast majority do support our destruction. Just research international polls, study Islam and it's history and you'll come to the same conclusion.

Most people really have no idea what we're up against but I think we're headed into WW3 between the free/infidel world and the muslim world and we'll eventually find out.

No, but I've only had one relationship, plus in my town there's quite a low proportion of non-white people. I would have no problems being in an interracial relationship if I liked the person and was single.
