I don't know how bad my depression is but it keeps coming back and I don't think it will ever be gone for good. Lately, I've been laying in bed for like over 16 hours a day.
I'm bi-polar, but with the meds I rarely go on highs anymore and the highs are worst than the depressive states anyways.
Life sucks and there's no way out.
I think that clinical depression implies a chemical imbalance, so I am not technically clinically depressed. I just know that the world is a shitty place, and I do not want to be a part of it.
I get on and off depression. I don't think I've been on medication for it though. It would probably cause more harm than good. I'm extremely sensitive to medications....
I'm depressed at the moment and have been for 3 months. I think that if I went to a doctor I would be diagnosed as clinically depressed.
gee its sad to see how many people suffer. ive been on meds for 10 years but dont think they help much as ive been self medicating for years on top of the perscribed meds.
Yeah, I've been diagnosed with depression. Still taking meds for it. I'm taking Lexapro right now. There's more good days than bad days though. So I guess I'm doing okay. :)
Someone on here told me I was depressed realist (or something along those lines) but I'm not depressed, i'm just not in ecstasy.
