Have you ever been a bully and now regret it?

I’ve been bullied, and I’ve been the bullier.

I recall leaving a new coworker by himself at lunch to join the more senior coworkers. I feel bad, because I thought he may a form of autism and knew him from high school, but still chose to leave him by himself.

Another example, is colleage I’ve chosen to ignore though he looks up to me, but in all fairness, he lacks hygiene and personal space.
