Have you ever apologized to a user on this site

Sometimes we get carried away on this site and forget the users are other human beings. I’ve been arrogant to other users before and may reach out to them. And I hate how the “c” word is thrown away on this site.

    Apologies are less necessary when one makes a reasonable effort to disagree in a diplomatic manner. I do not feel the need to apologize very often, but am the first person to speak up if a misunderstanding was my fault.
