I just got off of probation for it. My parents had found my stuff a few times but just always told me I shouldn't have it in my truck and stuff. Not nearly the reaction I had expected. But, last summer I got in trouble with the law. I graduated high school and was working full time until I came to college. I had just picked up a fat ass eighth after work and decided to drift my truck. Got pulled over and arrested. I always kept a handgun I was legally allowed to own under my seat but that added complications to my charges because they told me even though it was legal for me to do, when the MJ was in the truck too it was then "used in a drug related felony.

Original charges were felony Possession of less than 2lbs of MJ, felony Paraphernalia charge, DUI in the slightest, DUI Drugs, and a felony Misconduct with a Weapon. WHen I went to court they dropped the Misconduct w/ Weapon completely, and said after finishing probation I would only have a misdemeanor DUI in the slightest, and misdemeanor Paraphernalia.

Got off probation halfway through my 18 months paid $2k in fines and have no license until August and an ignition interlock for a year after that...

No, never been in trouble for it. But I occasionally use it. Whenever I get depressed it really helps me stay more positive. But doing it excessively I heard can actually cause depression. But just occasional use, in moderation I think it's good for you.

One time a cop stopped me and a group of my friends for violating curfew, and my friend had a bong in his backpack. So the cop asks him whats in the backpack, and he replies "I don't know, some guy just ran up and handed it to me, and ya know what, he looked pretty nervous too" Everyone was quiet for like 10 seconds, and then everybody except for him started laughing hysterically, including the cop. Then the cop opens the backpack, see's our bong and a bag of weed, sniffs the inside of the pack, and goes "oh you guys have been smoking that flavored tobacco stuff huh" Then he scolded us for smoking underage, gave the pack back and told us to have a nice night, coolest cop ever.

  • Not even close. I'm a very slick operator in nearly all the criminal acts I commit, lets just say I'm a planner who doesn't talk about my "serious" side to anyone.

Been in trouble for domestic violence a few times but meh, was worth it.

I had a cop come to my house once about something else. My friend was family friends with him and told him about the bong in the bedroom (don't ask why, my friend doesn't think before she speaks) and the cop simply said "I'm not concerned about recreational smoking, we only deal with the big guys".
My friends who've been busted only ever faced a fine for possession of marijuana too.
In my experience, weed can't get you into too much trouble unless you're carrying over 5 grams or so and if you're a dealer.
As for my mother, she was the one buying for me back then, so she doesn't care. I've been clean off weed for over a year.

I've never done anything with weed or alcohol either so no legal or other issues at all. However, I don't have problems with people that do smoke as I'm in favor of legalization. I might try it once if it is actually made legal.

      Try Salvia. It's legal.

do NOT try salvia. There is a reason it is legal: people don't abuse it like weed because of how much they don't like it / their bad experiences with it.

Salvia is illegal in many states now, best to check state laws. But I wouldn't recommend doing it. It's not a good experience, nothing like cannabis.

Once it is Legal... if you're a first time user I would recommend you brew it as a tea, brew about a half teaspoon of well ground up cannabis with your favorite herbal tea, add a teaspoon of coconut oil, brew for about 20 minutes on low heat, add honey for sweetness. Strain it through a strainer and enjoy.

The results of the tea will be very similar to being drunk, but you feel much happier, but you still can be paranoid, so it's best to watch a good movie and just relax.

The downside to smoking is it burns your throat and lungs... for a amateur user this is really bad since with paranoia you start wondering if you can breathe, if you can swallow, are you breathing in the drink you're drinking? Oh no, is it going into your lungs? All kinds of crazy thoughts and you end up vomiting. Not a good experience.
