Worrying about what you look like is a massave turn off, just forget your looks and work on being a better person, dont let the world pressure you into being so shallow!
I often cry about mine or get angry at myself when I look in the mirror. Damn it, why can't I be size zero!?!?!?! That's the only way I'd feel good about myself!!
Yes. It's always normal to feel upset about the way you look. But really, it doesn't matter on the way you look, it's your personality, but if you feel so bad about your body, don't just sit a cry about it, hun, get out there and do something about it. It's difficult at the start, but you just gotta think; "Do I really wanna cry every night about the way I look, or do I wanna show off the way I look?" It's your descision, hun. Xxx
How long did it take you until you got the results you wanted? I know it's different for everybody, but I'm pretty curious.
Thanks for the advice. I've already started my healthy balanced diet, and I have sworn to stick to it. Also, I'll be going to the gym at least 4-5 times a week!
Wish me luck.
yes, i'll admit some girls do have very awkward bodies in my mind that i feel sorry for. however, if you eat well and exercise often (i know it sounds like it sucks) you'll feel a lot better. i did, and i feel 50x better about myself.
why are girls so critical of themselves?
work on starting to like your body. after all, what choice do you have. you will have this body for the rest of your life.
i am thinking that the problem may not be with your body, but with your mind and confidence level.
learn to love yourself, so that everyone else can love you to!!
Thanks, I guess the key thing is to remain optimistic. I'll take you advice. Thanks again.
Well, you'll just have to accept it. Tell yourself that over and over again because it's true. Your body is the best and only thing you'll ever truly own so take care of it. Eat right, be active and use in every way you can. Maybe you'll end up feeling better about it.
no, I know I'm not fat. I'm confident to admit that. But, I just can't bring myself to like my body?
