Hate my brother

I hate my brother I moved in with him about a year ago when I was 20 . He had gotten a DUI a year before that he never took care of and just pretends it'll go away. So I be been picking him up from work and sometimes driving him for a year now . I will always do it cause he's my brother but he's also a drunk he goes out late then comes home loud as hell will turn off what I'm watching and speak complete non sense for hours and if I disagree with him he goes nuts .He's tried to fight me twice because I spoke up . Then I turned 21 a couple months ago and he immediately expected me to be his bar buddy. I tried a couple times and learned that he's just a superficial asshole and not someone I like to be around . He sometimes borrows money . I only had enough money at Christmas to get one person a gift so I bought him a bike. No thanks nothing he didn't get me a damn thing. Now I'm trying to move out and take the dog I bought since we've been living together and he's threatening lawyers and he even said he'd kill me in my sleep . He's just taken advantage of everything Ive donefor him and I want out of his crazy mess .
