I thought I almost met Samuel L. Jackson once, turns out it was just his wax likeness standing outside of Madame Tussauds. I'm serious, I really did think it was him for a minute.
When I was a kid I went to Madame Tussauds in NYC and I posed with Tina Turner. Apparently, I was so realistically frozen that these two women thought that I too was made out of wax. Then, there was the guy who thought that the wax Ru Paul went to my birthday. Lol.
youre like... this girl I know did the exact same thing in NYC, sammy J, wax.. she thought he was real
yeah some skateboarders at demo's and stuff but not gonna sum them all up :p and some band members of favourite bands
Snoop Dog, at a high school football game in Long Beach. It doesn't count for me but my dad met Chuck Norris. I met Adam from Workaholics in Newport Beach shopping at Ralph's. My next door neighbor is Luke Walton's brother so I see him all the time. Countless of famous surfers. I live in southern California so I meet a lot of people, but no really famous actors which is disappointing. I've been near the Staple's Center during the Oscars' which is absolutely horrible and I saw a lot of stars but didn't meet any of them.
Well I meant this Mexican band (El tigres del northe or something like that)at an airport in San Jose.My mom got an autograph and a picture with them and since I don't like them I just stood there. We then got on our plane and it turns out the Mexican band was in the same plane as us <-<
And we landed in Arizona.
Where we met again...
But I guess in San Jose no one really cared.
But in Arizona everyone was screaming.
o-o
Valerie Singleton from off of Blue Peter. Tops all the above combined I am sure (all) you (Brits) will agree.
I met and shook hands with Ian Botham :D
But i doubt anyone knows who he is
There was a show called "Boy meets World" and I remember that one of the teachers rode a motorcycle and taught the kids good life lessons. Anyways, he was filming a movie at a local park and I got to meet him, nice guy.
Chris Angel met in person. Carrot Top, Frank Caliendo. Saw at their shows.
I've met the Queen a few times while saving her from the clutches of evil.

I once shook hands with the mayor of the city where I grew up and live, does that counts?
How does one meet a flaming ball of gas? I'm content just to stare at them twinkling in the sky.
I once went to see Rock of Ages, the broadway show, (it was godawful!) and at the end people were lining up to get autographs with the actors. My grandmother was being very demeaning to the girl that played his Constantine's love interest so, I tried not to make the girl so bad. Then, there was Constantine and all the ladies were crowded around him. I was too shy to ask for an autograph so, I sent my grandmother over there while I stood a few feet away and took photo after photo:/
Then, there was an event in Times Square and one of the girls from Destiny's Child was there, but I was interested enough to ask for a photo.
Another time was in a shop called Denny's or Daniel's (Something with a "D"). It's like an connivence store and I was in there with my grandmother, my uncle and his strange nephew or grandson. This woman who was an actress walked in with a man that I guess was her manager. It was my uncle that spotted her and walked over to her and started up a conversation. I dreaded it, because I felt bad for her not being able to shop like a regular person. I could tell that she was uncomfortable and I didn't want to add to that. My uncle asked for a photo and then the rest of the family wanted a photo, but I didn't. I said that I wasn't interested and that I didn't know who she was. I feel bad about that now because I'm worried that I probably came off in a negative lightening and offended her.
Of the other cities I've been to, I think NYC has been the only place where I've come in contact with celebrities.
i met carolyn grimes (from its a wonderful life).
Also, do famous atheletes count?, cause i met tony twist of the st louis blues hockey team, (me and my dad installed carpet in the basement of his house, got an autographed hockey stick from him) and soccer player slobo illjeski
i also met an old nascar driver named ramo stott.(#7 plymouth superbird, 1970s)
My dad has met john goodman and ozzy smith (st louis cardinals baseball)
