Has anyone ever thought that they are the only person in the world and everyone else is like... computer programmed (or programmed by God as I am Christian) or something? I usedto always think about this when I was younger, just wondering if anyone else did it too? It sounds so odd, but it's got a bit of logic in there... it's possible!
Its been awhile, but I used to feel like that when I was younger. I would also think that my life was so abnormal that it couldn't possibly be real and one day I would wake up and be 6 years old again and realize my whole life was a dream.
Obviously you are trying to make me believe that other people exist through this question and the comments. Nice try, matrix... nice try...
Sometimes I feel like I'm the main character of some bad video game and everybody around me is some kind of NPC to make things more interesting. I've also felt like "peanutbutter" said, everyone else is in the background of the movie.But it is possible, it's almost like they are computer programmed.

OMG! me too! i always think that i'm the only one that's real and the rest are just there but you know like in movies you have the main character then, the people who are in the background who are there to make things seem more realistic, well i'm the main character and everyone else is just the background.

Oh my god!!! Yes! I've thought occasionally tht I'm the only human on earth and everyone else was just ailens an I'm an experiment. They all can read my thoughts and they watch me and observe me. I have always felt like I was being watched my whole life too.
Not really programed by God, but programed by parents yes.
Sometimes we just have to find our own guides to life, with out the use of the way we were programed to think by our parents when we were growing up.
But yes, I think it's normal.
