Happy meat week!
In my family we celebrate meat week in the first week of October. A different meat dish a day for 7 days. Growing up I realized most people have never heard of this at all, my family originally come from Lappland and I was told it was a tribal custom to celebrate the beginning of the hunting season since in the winter nothing much grows and all they had to eat was whatever they hunted/caught. Anybody else celebrate meat week?
