Is it normal to assume the "hand in the pants holding balls position" when falling asleep?

I love letting my fingers slide into my boxers and gently cup my balls and penis base while attempting to fall asleep.

    Man I do it almost every night. And the weird thing is that when I do it at night when going to bed I don't even even get hard or wanna jerk off. It actually helps me fall asleep. No worries - totally normal.
