    A preference for natural hair growth is normal, but what you describe sounds more a like a for of obsession where you have fetishized this one aspect. If you are asking, it seems clear some part of you realizes you passed the norm, so I ask you to think back and see at what point this became so important. Was it in your 20s when you found yourself too old to be socially accepted as being attracted to young women? When you were beginning to sexually awaken, did you see an older unshaven woman? It could be 1 of a million things. The important thing is to understand where these feelings come from, this will let you take control of the situation, either coming to terms with the source and or take control of this fetish.
