    I'm not a guy :) itty bitty titties suit some women (milla jovovich). So often fake boobs look awful. Like a melon crammed into a grape, all hard and wonky (tori spelling, tara reid). I dunno, that's my deuce loots.

      There are different kinds of implants, though, and some look really good. From what I've seen, fat transfer augmentation often looks really, really natural. I know a woman who got that after a mastectomy.

        very true. I have seen some that look great, but oh my goodness...some are just horrendous or way too big. My friends friend had a tiny chest and went to C's and looked totally normal. I hate when they look hard and ready to burst :/
