..something totaly fake that hides what they naturally look like.. Other than simple makeup.
Examples--Fake Nails, Hair Extensions, Fake Eylashes, Padding in bras, Butt Pads, Color Contacts, Corset..Etc.

Who cares? Girls do it because it's fun and girly.
Not the bra and butt paddings... although I can't really imagine anyone using butt paddings who does that??
A lot of times guys are unaware of it so they are attracted to this type of thing. If not, girls would not be doing it..
I'll be honest, as a crude biological organism, sometimes I see girls with lots of make-up etc and it gives me a big ol' boner. Other times it just seems too fake, and it also depends on the girl.
I agree wholeheartedly. I've noticed many guys say they prefer natural girls i.e. no makeup, push up bras, etc. but from my own life, I know that's not true. If I don't put some makeup on, I won't get a second look from anybody.
Sad truth.
I'm an A cup and I get told up front by a variety of people, from friends to strangers, "You're flatter than a board!" or, "You would be hot if you had tits, but you don't."
In fact, I think a lot of people should take a look at some of the other polls in the "Appearance" category.. like

Of course, men are not the only ones guilty of this unfair judgement, just making a point.
Hair extensions and fake eyelashes are gross, theyre just kinda creepy, especially fake eyelashes when they come off. Fake nails, I don't understand why anyone bothers, I mean they dont bother me but have you ever heard of a guy to reject someone because their nails are too short? Like EllaG pointed out, most bras have some padding in them. A standard padded bra isnt really an issue, in fact I wouldnt notice. Gel bras, air bras and chicken fillets are just taking the piss though.
I don't think girls look good with it. Infact, I don't think they look too great with make-up either. What is weird is that females get called the better looking sex even though their image is faked with makeup.
I'm gonna go with false advertisement. A bit of make-up is nice, but the other stuff is not necessary. Just be yourself and find someone who accepts you for that.
I have a good friend who does some of those things. I didn't even know fake nails existed before I met her. I find that the effect those changes create is attractive, but knowing all the fakeness is very unattractive to me, especially as the girls that do those things are often very good-looking anyway. Even though she is very good-looking and has a nice personality, I'm not really attracted to her, partly because of the fakeness.
