Guys, what do you think of the lolita style?

I've seen a lot of girls online in the style, yet I never hear of them mention any "romantic" aspects of their lives. And no, I'm not talking about the "fat pride" (which is total BULLSHIT) ones, I mean the ones that are actually really cute, and/or attractive. Yes many wear wigs and false eyelashes and the like, so I understand many men don't like that. PLUS to much of the world as I understand, "lolitas" look fucking retarded. I like the style, but I'm just curious. Do you think some men (and not pedophiles, since true pedophiles prefer ACTUAL little girls and not teenagers that dress like them) actually like the style? Again, this is just a question, and I understand it's all personal preference.

    well i had to vote for the im a pedo bear option cause it was there, bt honestly i dont care, if she likes it, she can do it, but in does nothing either way to me personaly. and im japanese soooo yeah

    I'm sure some guys like it, but really, I don't think many lolitas dress that way just to attract the attention of guys. Coming from personal experience, I think they dress that way because they like the style and they simply WANT to. There's nothing wrong with that. Not everything a girl does has to be some huge courtship ritual, you know.

    but only for costplay or fancy dress. but she usualy does whear kinda dark\goth style clothes. who the hell whears them on normal days???

    Great in 1920 or possibly 19th century.
    Now it looks a bit retarded.
    If I saw a girl dressed up like this I'd hope she was going to a play or something, because walking around the streets like that would be laughable.
