Guys, what do you like better?

I like somewhere in between. I respect a girl that isn't 'easy', but I also like the confidence boost when a girl I like is willing to be a little flirty back. She needs to appear independent, and sure of what she wants, without giving it out, I want to feel that I had to earn it, but don't wanna second guess if she's interested in me.

Showing that she's attracted to me is incredibly...attractive. If a girl plays hard to get I just lose interest.

I'm generally clueless so "hints" have to be pretty bold. I also like a confident woman who is willing to go after what she wants.

I agree with what most of these guys said. If the girl doesn't show any reciprocation of interest, then how the hell are us guys supposed to know what you want? I hate when girls sit around and dream of their prince charming but then reject every guy who approaches them because they think they're too good. How the hell do you expect to meet somebody if you aren't even open to the idea of guys trying to talk to you?

Let's make it a little simpler.

Throw yourself at me all you want, but don't have thrown it at every other guy to come along.

Well, it depends what you mean by throws theirself at you. Like, if you mean that they in some way make it clear that they have feelings for you or are interested in you, then I would definitly prefer that.

The chase is fun but there needs to be the odd signal that there's some interest. Men aren't as plugged in as women and we miss anything that's not fairly heavy-handed.

Playing a little hard to get can work for guys and girls. It's worked for me before, holding back a bit. But too much can easily be mistaken for lack of interest, and that messes it all up.

Girls who will tell a guy she likes them first if it feels right, rather than waiting for the guy, are also brilliant, because not only are they risking rejection like we do all the time, but they want you enough to leave all that traditional bollocks behind.
