"Hair" is only referring to the hair on the top of her head.

So which is more important for good looks and attraction?

A girl who is basically bald with eyebrows, or, a girl who has hair on her head but without eyebrows at all.

    People look pretty odd with no eyebrows but they can be drawn on, which looks pretty odd as well. Or even slap some fake mustaches on there. Sweeeet. A bald chick could just wear a wig. Hmm. I don't know. I'm not a dude either so this is an illegal answer. I'm useless.

    I voted for no eye brows, because a beautiful head of hair is one of the parts I find most attractive in a female. But after googling girl with no eye brows, it's amazing how the hottest girl can turn into the most unattractive one without a line of hair above each eye.
