You just have to learn to relax and don't push too hard. ...Just let it flow. Your erection will naturally slow down the stream, so it will take you longer to empty your bladder. But it's just a matter of relaxing through it. It was difficult for me at first, but now I can maintain a strong erection and fully empty my bladder if I need/want to. No big deal. Not painful at all. Not difficult at all.
