I'm a woman, but I think it depends what suits a persons face shape and features:)

long hair is more feminine. SOME girls can pull off shorter hair, but it's on a case by case basis for sure.

Short hair is fun, but it never seems to do what I want! Long hair is easier to tame, but it's so heavy! There is no way to win.

Short haired girls tend to be more confident about their face and personality; they tend to be strong, sincere, have well defined moral values. Long haired ones are more about their body and their clothes. They play games, have strident dress codes, have more diffuse moral values and don't quite know what they want to do with their life. They pretend to be confident on the outside but are insecure on the inside.

To me short hair is more important than tits' size for example.

Also depends on a womans lifestyle. ie: I ride motorbikes, and long hair and helmets dont mix. Better to have short, tidy hair, than long "helmet hair"

I love girls with long hair. I really love it when it's at their boobs or a little past them.It makes me sad to see a girl with hair above or at her shoulders.

I agree with bananaface. Sinead O'Connor looks better with no hair than with hair but that wouldn't work for many women. Personal preference is shoulder length or below.
