I can't when its a full hard erection. I just have to force it out and a few dribbles will come out, then it will soften a little and the flow will go.
I hate it after sex when your all relaxed and you go for a pee, then for some reason it never goes in a straight line. You piss all over the bathroom door and spend the next 5 minutes mopping it up with toilet paper.
