In a typical man, the urethral sphincter (the valve that controls the release of urine from the bladder) closes tightly when he gets an erection. You’ve got to really push to get it out. Depending on the angle of your erection, actually aiming it somewhere can be troublesome.

I don't think it's possible when it's fully erect, you have to try to think mundane thoughts to soften it up first. Even then though it'll still be semi-hard, and so it will be difficult to control it then.
