Guy said "i smell pussy" when i got on the elevator

He had a deep southern accent and his friend kept laughing. Are people always this gross in Atlanta? I just got here a couple days ago.

Don't let it get to you. There's no point in acknowledging such sad highschool behavior.

I've never been to Atlanta, but I've known a few southerners over the years. They don't all conform to the stereotype.

I think the luck of the draw meant you happened to end up in an elevator with a couple of obnoxious, immature idiots. Unfortunately, you find guys like that all over the world.

    Lighten up.
    take a joke.
    same thing could happen anywhere.
Yea, Atlanta is a bit of a zoo.
But Georgia is a wonderful place.
Name one state that is mentioned more often in music?
    Top 3.
( in no particular order )
    California.
    Texas.
    Georgia.
Yea, that too is for a reason.
    Georgia rocks.
    Fuckin with tourist is universal.
    no matter where youre from.

  • I'm from the deep south originally and I can tell you from experience that many, though not all of the people I grew up with meet the stereotype of trailer trash. I work in the north at a place where most of my co workers are from somewhere else and the ones from georgia, alabama, Mississippi, and texas are not very well liked. I honestly tell people I'm from Florida.

For example, I had to be in a safety class and out of 12 students there were 2 guys from georgia. They were disruptive, harassing, and embarassing to the rest of the class. They made vulgar innuendos toward a young woman within earshot of her. When we had a break for lunch she didn't come back. During the break everyone was talking about how they were acting and one complained to the instructor, though the duo were let back in.

Unfortunately, stereotypes are there because they're true.

Its hard to make a judgement on an entire state from 2 people though. Theres like 15 million ppl in georgia. You just met two in your class. Hell at my job theres probably 10 people i work with that everyone hates. But most people are cool. I dont think it has much to do with the state. Has more to do whether they had a daddy to beat their asses growing up
